Zirconia ceramic liner for mud pump We can supply F series, 3NB series, PZ series mud pump and its easy wear parts, such as Zirconia ceramic liner for mud pump. As one main part of mud cycling system, the mud pumps, whether diesel engines, natural gas engines or electromotor–driven mud pumps, can transmit high pressure liquid up to 35Mpa (5000PSI) with enormous displacement, and the pressure depends on the size of piston and the rated power of pump ranging 350HP-2200HP. Our company mainly produces the following three series mud pumps: 3NB series mud pumps, F series mud pumps, and PZ mud pumps. The 3NB series mud pumps are the new type mud pumps independently developed by our company after combining characteristics and performance of all kinds of triplex single action mud pumps. Characterized by low price and well durability, the pumps are widely recognized by Petro China, Sinopec Corp. and other large oil gas drilling companies. F series mud pumps are developed and improved by our company based on the characteristics of the F series mud pumps of American EMSCO Company, with work performances greatly improved. Compared with the metal liner, the ceramic liner is wear and corrosion resistant and has extended working life. The ceramic liner helps reduce drilling cost and labor intensity. Made of internationally advanced, new material toughened zirconium oxide, the liner provides fracture toughness of K10-15Mpa (10 times that of the traditional one), and bending strength of σ600-800Mpa.
