2.liner hardness of sleeve reaches 62HRC We supply both ceramic and bimetal liner for Emsco, Gardner Denver, National, Oil well, Continental, Ideco, and China 3NB mud pump and supply other mud pump parts, next let’s taking popular double metal liners for example: Double metal liner combines the advantage of forging anti-abrasion outer sleeve and anti-corrosion, abrasion-resistant inner sleeve. The outer sleeve adopt centrifugal forging. The hardness of sleeve reaches 62HRC by heat treatment and it's easy assemble. *liner size Φ100,Φ110,Φ120,Φ130,Φ140,Φ150,Φ160,Φ170,Φ180 *The liner is used in mud pump, is spare part of mud pump ,The bi-metal outer surface is made of premium carbon steel. *The bi-metal outer surface is made of premium carbon steel, the inner sleeve is made of wear-resistant high chrome cast iron and the surface hardness reaches HRC62. The sleeve of the liner is smooth like a mirror, the dimension of the inner hole is precious and service life is up to 800 hours Forged wearproof steel outer & high Cr hardwearing and anticorrosion iron inner sleeve. Used as mud pump hydraulic end fittings in oil drilling. API manufacture Standards HRC≥61-64 regarding Cr inner sleeve after heat treatment.
