Bimetal Liners for Mud Pump   1.liner has forging anti-abrasion outer sleeve and abrasion-resistant inner sleeve
2.liner hardness of sleeve reaches 62HRC   Double metal liner combines the advantage of forging anti-abrasion outer sleeve and anti-corrosion, abrasion-resistant inner sleeve. The outer sleeve adopt centrifugal forging. The hardness of sleeve reaches 62HRC by heat treatment and it's easy assemble.   *The liner size Φ100,Φ110,Φ120,Φ130,Φ140,Φ150,Φ160,Φ170,Φ180   *The liner is used in mud pump, is spare part of mud pump ,The bi-metal outer surface is made of premium carbon steel.   *The bi-metal outer surface is made of premium carbon steel, the inner sleeve is made of wear-resistant high chrome cast iron and the surface hardness reaches HRC62. The sleeve of the liner is smooth like a mirror, the dimension of the inner hole is precious and service life is up to 800 hours   Forged wearproof steel outer & high Cr hardwearing and anticorrosion iron inner sleeve. The products have the ability of  making all kinds of models.    TENACITY liners meet the API manufacture standards,combining the strength of a forged steel outer and corrosion resistance of a high chromium iron inner sleeve.These liners feature a centrifugally cast high chrome iron sleeve which is machined and heat treated strictly to a hardness of HRC≥61~64 .According to the using of many oilfields at home and abroad,the using time of our liners are 800 hours in high pressure ,sediment concentration and others harsh environment,this time is 2-3 times than ordinary liners,but the price is less 1.5-1.7 times than ordinary liners.
